Research Abstract |
A series of three-dimensional pi-conjugated compounds bearing electronegative character was synthesized, and their electronic properties and structures were investigated by spectroscopic and electrochemical measurements. Some of these compounds showed n-type semiconducting behavior on transistor and photovoltaic devices.
