Research Abstract |
局所麻酔薬の構造特異性に着目して、局所麻酔薬が血管平滑筋に及ぼす張力変化・細胞内カルシウム濃度・タンパクリン酸化酵素のリン酸化について検討した.本研究で、S-enantiomerであるロピバカインに注目して検討をおこなった.その結果、光学異性体をもたないリドカインは血管平滑筋に対して張力変化や細胞内カルシウム濃度変化を引き起こさないが、ロピバカインには強い血管収縮作用と細胞内カルシウム濃度上昇・タンパクリン酸化酵素の活性化がみとめられた.
