Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is necessary to identify what knowledge marketing is because knowledge continuously gains economic importance. Therefore, this study identifies the characteristics of knowledge marketing. We examined pharmaceuticals as a knowledge-intensive industry. This study identified five characteristics of knowledge marketing: an unfinished product, context dependence, customer orientation, negotiations, and symmetry of knowledge.
