Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Cdx2-transgenic mouse is the model mouse of the intestinal metaplasia related to gastric carcinoma. The expressions of microRNA in the intestinal metaplasia of Cdx2-transgenic mouse stomach were analyzed. microRNA-21, microRNA-137, and microRNA-145 were elevated in the intestinal metaplasia and gastric carcinoma of Cdx2-transgenic mouse stomach. microRNA-21 downregulated the expression of PTEN, microRNA-137 downregulated the expression of Musashi1. microRNA-145 downregulated the expression of Oct3/4, Sox2, and KLF4.
