Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this project, both philological investigations and field works on the early Shinto and Buddhist syncretism have been done in Fukui and Oita prefecture. Other than that, to understand principle of syncretism I surveyed several Buddhist caves in Sichuan region of China.
