- New Analysis for Photoelectron Holography
抄録
Photoelectron diffraction pattern can be interpreted as photoelectron hologram, which records three-dimensional atomic arrangement in a material. We propose a new algorithm to achieve a very precise investigation of the three-dimensional atomic nucleus position from the photoelectron hologram, and succeeded in locating the atoms with an accuracy of several ten pico meters with the use of an experimental single-energy hologram. Here, we will introduce this new algorithm and its future view.
